The philosophy of the Witch rests on an exchange of good processes :
 
Ronds de Sorcière® is committing itself to bring to the “Farfadet” :
  • A good earth favourable to “trufficulture” (structure, composition, pH…) analyzed and certified by a specialized firm.
  • A perfect piece of land : direction, slope, hours of sunshine,
  • Oaks trees mycorhized by the latest techniquies, certified by INRA
  • A guarantee of a good planting of your oak trees
  • A regular follow-up of the soil composition and possible corrections,
  • A modern and automated irrigation system
  • A double fence to protect the lands : electrical (against boars) and wire fencing (against roedeers)
  • A truffle harvest made by experienced “caveurs”,
  • The harvest volume of each piece of land, certified by a bailiff every year (at the end of March)
  • The sending of your share of crap
  • vacuum packed or bottled preserves (with an extra charge)
  • The “Farfadet” is committing himself to bring to “Ronds de Sorcière” :
  • The exclusive right to look after his oak tree(s)
  • Half of the production of his oak tree(s)
